The DLA-PROCESSMANAGER Mobile Client allows INVARIS customers to access their task list anytime, anywhere. They always stay focused on their business and are able to edit, review, forward, approve or reject documents even when they are offline (e.g. on the train or during a flight). So they can increase their productivity and gain more space for the organization of their working time.
The DLA-PROCESSMANAGER Mobile Client provides access to the DLA-PROCESSMANAGER Server via a Mobile Device and is the mobile alternative to the DLA-PROCESSMANAGER Web Client.
The DLA-PROCESSMANAGER Mobile Client includes the following functions:
* Overview of folders
* Task summary in corresponding folders (e.g. medical reports, forms, contracts, promotions, etc.)
* Showing the details of a task:
Who is the creator or current owner? What is the current state of the task?
* WYSIWYG-display for improved readability and faster review of all documents within a task, including editing and printing possibility
* Execution of workflow actions (e.g. approve, reject, forward)
* Extended offline features:
All documents can be edited and workflow actions can be executed when the user is offline (e.g. on the train or during a flight) and later be synchronized with the server.
Requirements for use:
This app is available only to customers of INVARIS Informationssysteme GmbH. The user’s employer must hold a valid license for the software DLA-PROCESSMANAGER and run an instance of the DLA-PROCESSMANAGER.
